Coming Soon: Peru Dothan

Peru Dothan

Are you a fan of ceviche? Love anything with lime and a little spice? Then you will love to know that Peru Dothan will soon be serving all your Peruvian favorites with a twist!

More about Peru Dothan

Peru Dothan is currently under construction. Extensive work is being done on a building off Ross Clark Circle purchased by the owners last year.

Chef and founder Robert Rosales was born in Peru where his interest in the culinary arts took root. He moved to the U.S. in 2011 and has steadily worked his way up from dishwasher to chef.

Today, his vision for introducing our local community to Peruvian food with a dash of South Florida flair is close to becoming a reality.

In fact, locals and visitors alike may be sampling dishes such as Vuelve a La Vida, White Fish and Octopus or Trio Fish by mid- to late-March.

Wondering just what those are? For starters, Vuelve a La Vida is an appetizer that could be a meal! It features a hearty mix of fresh seafood, white fish, onions and fresh lime juice.

White Fish and Octopus is what it sounds like—white fish and octopus mixed with fresh greens, tomatoes and other herbs and spices.

The Trio Fish is like a sample platter featuring three types of fresh fish along with traditional creamy yellow and red peppers.

Other popular dishes can be found on the full menu here.

Ready for a taste of Peru in the Circle City? Head to 202 Ross Clark Circle. According to the website, the store hours will be 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Wondering how you’ll know when they open? Connect with them on Facebook or Instagram for the latest news and announcements.
